Maid on The Spot Incorporated is the best value in the cleaning industry. If you find a cleaning company that offers more services or offers the same services at a lower price - we will exceed the service level or reduce our price.
* This guarantee does not extend to cleaning companies who do not hold the proper business licensing, liability insurance, worker's compensation insurance and bonding.
* According to the Janitorial Agency, 94% of cleaning companies fail in the first year. For this reason, we do not extend our guarantee to independent cleaners, companies without employees or companies that have not been in existence for atleast 2 years.
* The price and/or services we are to exceed must be in writing or published on the internet so we can verify accuracy.
* The price guarantee is for the total cleaning. Some companies may offer a lower rate for one particular service or room but charge more for other rooms and services.
* The price guarantee must be for the same rooms at the same frequency.

Maid On The Spot Inc. wants you to be completely satisfied everytime, if you are not 100% satisfied just contact us within 24 hours of you cleaning and will will return and reclean your areas of concern at no charge.
* The 100% Satisfaction Guarantee does not apply to cleanings completed by the hour and the client caps the cleaning at a certain price but wants more work performed then can be completed in the given time frame. In these instances, we will do our very best but we cannot guarantee the result due to the lack of time needed to properly complete the cleaning.
Maid On The Spot Inc. offers cleanings starting as low as $65.00.
* We pay our cleaners to drive to and from houses. In order for us to offer this rate the client must be extremely flexible in the day and time so that we can pair their home with other accounts in the area.
* By law, there is sales tax which is in addition to the $60.00 cleaning rate.
